I genuinely recommend this hotel next to the Bell Tower. It's perfect for travelers due to its excellent location. You can see the Bell Tower right outside, and the Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter are all very close, saving you a lot of travel time. The front desk staff are very attentive, and all the hotel employees are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always offering to help with luggage. The room was very clean upon arrival, with all the toiletries provided. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, featuring freshly made noodles and rice vermicelli, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and superb flavor. The hotel also offers a one-day tour service, where the guides share tips on local food and sightseeing routes – truly fantastic!

Overall, it was pretty good. Just a heads up, please don't overwork your staff, especially on check-in days. The front desk clerk seemed dazed and out of it, and outright rejected all my requests without a second thought. It was a stark contrast to the Rujia Inn near Sanxiao a few days prior, where the front desk service was excellent. On the positive side, the room was very warm and genuinely clean; I couldn't find a single flaw with the environment. The only minor issue was the TV, I'm not sure what was wrong, but I could only watch satellite channels. A special shout-out to the breakfast though – the wontons and buns were freshly made, and the wontons were quite tasty. The front desk clerk at check-out was very polite.

Traveling to Xi'an with my little one this time, choosing the right hotel truly doubled our happiness! The location is absolutely unbeatable – right across from Yongning Gate city wall. Waking up in the morning, I could open the window and see the ancient city tower silhouette, and an evening stroll there with the cool breeze was incredibly pleasant. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Bell Tower, so no need to rush for transportation; we could take our time with the kids without getting tired. Shuyuan Gate Pedestrian Street and Luomashi Snack Street are also within walking distance, making it a one-stop shop for food, accommodation, and sightseeing. The front desk staff was so thoughtful during check-in; seeing we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room. The room itself was clean and odor-free, and the smart curtains and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring my baby slept soundly. Upon check-out, we even received adorable cultural and creative souvenirs, which delighted my child! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an!

I have lived in Wanxin International Hotel before, the environment is really good, the room sheets are clean and tidy, the bathroom is spotless, the wet and dry separation is very convenient, the mouthwash cup is very clean and you can't see fingerprints and water stains at all, the details are in place, the room curtains and the ground are also very clean, The curtains are the light gray I like very much. The shading effect is first-rate. The room has a row of tatami sofas by the window. The lighting is also very good. There are many varieties of breakfast. The restaurant service is good. The small chaos cooked by the Mingshi sister is delicious. The stay experience is very good 👍
