The environment was okay. The service, however, was quite bad. I put something in the fridge the day before, and it was gone the next morning, causing me to miss the hotel shuttle to the high-speed train station. Also, I booked a shuttle to the high-speed train station the night before, and they told me to gather in the lobby at the designated time. I went down ten minutes early to look for my lost item and didn't see the shuttle. When I asked, they said the shuttle had already left. What was the point of my reservation then? There was no warning or notification. The explanation given for all these issues was that the front desk staff who served me last night was on leave and hadn't handed over their duties. I don't understand. That's just ridiculous; how can that even be an excuse? Luckily, I had plenty of time, and the station wasn't crowded, so I was able to get in easily.

The facilities are excellent, with fast Wi-Fi and a large TV. The room is fully stocked with toiletries. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly, professional, and promptly deliver anything you need, resolving issues quickly. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

The stay was pretty good. It's a chain hotel, and you need to swipe your card to access the elevator, which provides good security. The Anyuanmen subway station is just 100 meters away, making it very convenient for getting around. I recommend staying here. 😀😀
