The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Grand Tang Everbright City scenic area, and only about a 700-meter walk from the Grand Tang Furong Garden. If these two attractions are your main focus, then the location is indeed excellent. As we were traveling with family, we usually book a suite. The room environment was quite pleasant; the layout was great, allowing seniors to watch TV downstairs without disturbing those upstairs. However, the service at this hotel was truly disappointing. From housekeeping to restaurant staff and even the service center operators, everyone seemed to be just going through the motions. On our second day, we were repeatedly asked when our room could be cleaned. Breakfast plates were practically snatched away, and when we called the service center, the operator's tone was incredibly cold – something you rarely encounter at a star-rated hotel. To make matters worse, we found hair on unused hotel towels and even small bugs on the bed. Although the hotel lobby manager offered us a small gift and some fruit before we left, we sincerely hope the hotel invests more effort into its 'software management' – specifically, staff training and overall service quality.

The stay experience far exceeded expectations! Quiet location &&& Just a few minutes walk to the subway. It is super convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the blackout curtains made the quality of sleep directly full. The staff was gentle and efficient, and the check-in and check-out were super fast. The breakfast category is rich and fresh, and the coffee is mellow. The details are full of care, I will choose this one next time, I have recommended it to my friends.

During this National Day holiday, I booked a 2-bedroom, 2-living room, 2-bathroom apartment at the Wyndham Grand Residence for my friends' family. It was spacious, comfortable, elegant, and high-class, boasting an unbeatable location in the Tang Paradise area. My friends' family was very happy.
