It was very dirty, the bathroom couldn't be used, the door didn't lock, the toilet was dirty, the air conditioner didn't have a remote control, the landline didn't have one, and I couldn't find the front desk. I had to find a number online and use my mobile phone to contact the front desk. There is no sense of security at all. Yellow circle on pillow. The room smells.
