首先沒有電梯，行李箱要自提上樓。其次訂的標準間兩張1.2米，衞生間洗漱用品放了三把梳子，一份牙刷？？打電話給前台，説是第二天早晨再送牙刷。晚上要洗漱第二天早晨送是不是黃花菜都涼了？最後，房間門居然反鎖後還能被打開！服務人員態度敷衍，房間存在安全隱患

衞生差，設施陳舊，服務態度惡劣，半夜樓上喝酒吵根本睡不着，問前台他們説不管，還有這裏還有空房，要不你再另開一間不吵的，我們沒有任何辦法，建議大家千萬別住。
