Atour Hotels in Xiamen

Good stay, clean and comfortable beds. Concierge is nice and friendly. Good food options around the hotel. Self service laundry available. Will choose to return when in Xiamen again.

I stayed here for a week and I can say I did a best choice. They offer a late night free congee buffet between 930pm to 11pm which is uncommon to other hotels. Thank you, Atour Hotel Jimei University and the staffs and to my little friend, Fu Yufei. Until next time...

This stay was truly a pleasant surprise! The front desk clerk was incredibly welcoming from the moment we checked in. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities (such as the free shuttle and gym hours) and even recommended nearby restaurants based on our itinerary. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable (the pillows and mattress were the perfect firmness, and I slept through the night without any back pain). The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came quickly and was a consistent temperature. Opening the curtains in the morning, the sunlight streamed in, instantly brightening my mood! The breakfast was plentiful, with Chinese options like freshly made dumplings and congee, as well as Western options like sandwiches and yogurt, and the fruit was fresh. The staff proactively cleared our plates, a truly thoughtful touch! The gym is open 24 hours a day, and the equipment is brand new. Breakfast is buffet style, with everything from freshly made food to the coffee machine. The freshly ground lattes were rich and delicious, and a fantastic energy boost!

It is said that it is a newly opened Atour ~ the price/performance ratio is very good! Honey water will be provided while waiting for processing, which is very considerate! Although it is newly opened, there is no peculiar smell in the room. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple, bright and warm, allowing guests to put down their tiredness and have a good rest. The supporting facilities in the room are very complete. There is a smart mirror and smart toilet in the bathroom. The button design in the shower room is very reasonable, so there will be no embarrassing situation of getting wet from the head when you want to use the shower. The hotel is also equipped with facilities such as a gym and laundry room. Business trips and family trips can both suit your needs. The breakfast options are also very rich! Highly recommended for everyone to choose!

The hotel service is very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was given a cup of tea. The breakfast was also delicious. I was very satisfied. My experience with Atour Hotels is consistently excellent, and this particular stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the complimentary late-night congee delivery was also a very thoughtful touch. Overall, Atour is always my top choice when I need a hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in China for a few days and I am very grateful to the staff for their warm care. My visa is overdue and I need to return to my country as soon as possible. I need RMB cash to buy air tickets that day, but my bank card can't be used. Only one credit card can be used normally. Mr. Zhou, the hotel staff, took me to the bank to help me deal with the card problem throughout the process. Although there is a language communication barrier, it was perfectly solved. This is my first time to China, and I feel very good. The Chinese people make me feel very friendly. I like China very much, and also like Yaduo.

I've always been a fan of Atour. This time, choosing a spot near Zhongshan Road made getting around so much easier. The front desk team were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic – they readily answered all my questions and even shared their own travel guides. The room itself was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff always kept it impeccably clean. Atour will certainly remain my go-to choice for future trips.

Nice place! Easy walk to beach. The hotel grounds are very nice! Only complaint is that shower needs attention. The rest of the hotel is so nice that this can be overlooked. But it’s such an easy / inexpensive fix! Scrape out the caulking and re-do it. Occasionally scrub the grout a little bit, voila, 5 star hotel.

Had a Great stayover before the flight back the next day, good location for both the nearby eatery and shops browsing. Airport is nearby, the counter staff helps to call a transport for us early in the Morning to send us to the Airport.
