Niaodao Garden Homestay (Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street Ferry Terminal Store)

Absolutely beautiful! It's right downstairs from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. Huang Zheng and Peanut Soup are just downstairs, Aji Zai Pineapple Cake is 50 meters away, and Haidi Tea is also 50 meters away, making it super convenient for buying souvenirs. The owner has decorated the small garden wonderfully, it's perfect!

This is a really nice hotel. The 1.5-meter bed was just right for my daughter and me. The room decor was also great, and the price was very reasonable. We had a comfortable stay. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I absolutely loved this room! The size was perfect for me, and the overall decor felt very modern and youthful. The sky garden on the 5th floor was beautiful; I went up there on my second night to watch the moon. Enjoying the breeze on the rooftop, admiring the moon and flowers was incredibly relaxing. The owner is young and very thoughtful, sending a lot of important information in advance. Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. This is definitely my top choice for places to stay when I visit Xiamen again. It's a highly recommended option!

The room was spotless and well-equipped. Huang Zehe restaurant is right downstairs, and it's super close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and the Bali Food Street. You can quickly get to places to try ginger duck and 'four fruits soup'. The front desk guy was very friendly, and it was quiet at night.

Out of the four B&Bs I stayed at during my Fujian trip, this one was definitely the best. You can tell the owner has excellent taste just from the decor – check out my unfiltered photos! It's super close to Zhongshan Road, and right across from Seaview Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll by the sea, enjoying the breeze. Being so near to Ba Shi means you'll have no trouble finding great food and drinks. The front desk guy was really friendly and gave me a heads-up on everything, plus tips for sightseeing and food, so I didn't hit any duds following his recommendations. If I ever come back, I'd choose this place again! Oh, and the owner installed soundproof doors, so no noise disturbances.

The location is right at the head of Zhongshan Road commercial street, with a food street downstairs. It's also a 15-minute walk to the Eighth Market, and there's a Luckin Coffee directly opposite. The room decor is quite stylish, and it's comfortable to watch the projector from bed. The air conditioning was very powerful; I stayed for three days straight. Drawbacks: Shared bicycles can't be parked downstairs, and the music from the barbecue shop was a bit loud until 10 PM.

The location is excellent, right on Zhongshan Road, which is super convenient. The front desk terrace is incredibly photogenic, and my wife and child both loved it. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responsive. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. **I don't recommend the 'bobochuan' (Sichuan stringed hotpot) place around the corner to the left downstairs from the hotel – definitely avoid it.** It's ridiculously expensive, and the fish tofu and crab sticks tasted off.

This guesthouse is run by folks from Shandong, and it's beautifully decorated with great taste. Its location on Zhongshan Road is super convenient for dining, sightseeing, and getting around by taxi. It’s a peaceful oasis right in the middle of all the action, so it's not noisy at all, and I got a great night's sleep. Highly recommend it!
