Kempinski Hotel Xiamen

The hotel's location is fantastic, I was very happy with the room, the breakfast was excellent, and overall it was a great experience!

The hotel room was very spacious, and the location was excellent, right next to Bailuzhou Island. The front desk upgraded us to a lake view room for free, and the view was fantastic. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again.

The service is still thoughtful and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation, and the Metro Line 1 is very close. The hotel breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety. Highly recommended!

This is quite a grand five-star hotel. Although it's a bit old, it still retains its five-star charm. The lake-view room is spacious, and the facilities are good. The swimming pool is quite large. The breakfast is definitely the most commendable part.

The room was pretty good, and the breakfast here was quite rich with prompt service. The cleaning was also thorough. They even had honey at breakfast, which was a first for me and quite unique.

The room was very new with a great view; my city view room was upgraded to a lake view. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. There's also a night view gym and swimming pool. The underground parking was a little hard to find but still good.

The room was spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Thumbs up!

Extremely bad experience. The front desk staff completely ignored people cutting in line repeatedly. When it was finally my turn, a so-called staff member came up and totally disregarded my request, directly assisting the person behind me with their confirmation. Absolutely no sense of service. The hot water was also terrible, and the water pressure was poor.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the lake, making it convenient to get around, especially being close to MixC. The service is also good, and the lobby feels grand. We booked a lake view room, and the view from the window was lovely. As for the room itself, one word: spacious! The breakfast was quite abundant as well. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. The room facilities are outdated, and the room design is quite impractical – there's a painting awkwardly placed in the full-length mirror. The internet speed was also very slow, and there was no LAN cable provided. When I asked the front desk for one at night, they said the engineering staff had already left for the day. Overall, the hotel still offers decent value for money.
