We stayed in a deluxe garden-view king room and absolutely loved the large bathtub inside, plus the view was fantastic! Since this was a family trip, we were very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast, the garden pool, and the Little Dolphin Kids' Club.

Our stay at Seaview was very satisfying overall. All the staff, especially my butler, were incredibly accommodating and had excellent attitudes. We didn't find the room damp at all. Aside from being a little smaller than expected, everything else was great. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool, and the beach right outside, Huangcuo Beach, had really fine sand and clean water – much better than I anticipated. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but tasty nonetheless. A special mention for the Shacha noodles at breakfast – they were delicious! We stayed in the Insect Family Room, and even though the balcony didn't open directly to the pool, it was still very close by.

So glad we had Richard from Haiyue Villa assist us during our stay. His service was attentive and thorough throughout, always happy to help, and very approachable. He handled everything clearly and efficiently, making our entire stay so much easier and more enjoyable.

This was our second stay, and my child specifically requested to come back – it was a fantastic experience! **Facilities:** The hotel has multiple pools, which kept my child entertained for hours. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. The ground-floor rooms with direct pool access had absolutely no mosquitoes or insects. **Environment:** The resort grounds are huge. We received complimentary botanical garden tickets upon check-in, but my child only wanted to swim, so we didn't get to explore it properly during either of our two stays. **Service:** The staff are incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, regardless of whether they are in a monitored area. You can clearly tell the management is very effective. The lifeguard at the pool area proactively asked my child if they needed a towel, the bellhop kindly helped with directions, and the best was the concierge! For our second stay, there were no kids' rooms available, but we had requested a room close to the pool. They upgraded us directly to a room with immediate pool access. **Daily Water Park Fun:** There weren't any events during the weekdays, so next time we'll bring the kids on a weekend to enjoy it more. **Location:** Right outside the hotel is Huangcuo Beach, and there are many trendy cafes nearby that are perfect for photos. **Suggestion:** In the men's indoor pool area, there isn't a swimsuit spinner. My husband was too tired after playing and went to clean up, only to find the men's changing room didn't have one. However, the female attendant was a huge help; she immediately went to the ladies' area to dry his swimsuit for him without a second thought!

The environment is beautiful, and my kids loved the outdoor children's pool. It's also very convenient to walk to the beach to play in the sand, just a five-minute walk. The hotel even provides free sand-digging tools for children. Service: The service was warm and welcoming.

I went with my baby, and since our room wasn't ready yet, they offered us afternoon tea first. We got upgraded to a family suite, which had an extra bed in the living room. The larger space was really convenient for us with a child and our luggage. The butler was incredibly attentive, checking in daily to see if we needed anything or any help. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake! They also helped us arrange for package delivery. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

The location is fantastic, right next to Huangcuo Beach! There are also plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast snacks are incredibly diverse and plentiful! The room is also very spacious. I've stayed here multiple times already and will definitely prioritize it for future stays!

Traveling with a child, they managed to combine the twin beds and upgraded our room type. It was spacious enough for three of us, and we had a very comfortable sleep. The little courtyard by the pool on the first floor was a relaxing spot for a cup of tea. Our child absolutely loved the outdoor pool. We spent most of the first day at the hotel, with adults relaxing and the child having a blast. It was great. There's a small gate from the hotel leading to an underpass, and then you're right at the beach. It's super convenient for watching the sunrise, though unfortunately, it was too cloudy for us that day. The hotel's decor seems quite old; some of the floor tiles and other fixtures show wear and tear, so it's good to manage expectations. However, I highly recommend this for a family trip to Xiamen.

Whenever I visit Xiamen, I almost always stay here. First off, the service and the hotel environment are absolutely top-notch, and it's quite family-friendly. If you're looking for peace and quiet, the Shuiyuan Villas are the way to go, but if you have kids, the main building is more convenient as all the children's facilities are located there. The only drawback is that sometimes the rooms are quite a distance from the lobby, which can be a bit of a walk. Also, some of the hotel facilities are a little dated, but thankfully they're kept very clean and well-maintained.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea. You can walk straight onto the beach as soon as you step out, making it super convenient for strolls, enjoying the ocean, and water activities. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and the rooms are clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is definitely my top choice for a seaside vacation.

This hotel is pretty similar to the parent-child hotels in Sanya Bay, in my opinion. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, including a kid-friendly bar. There are multiple pools, with some for kids and an indoor one for when it's chilly outside. Plus, the rooms have large bathtubs. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but you do have to cross a road. There's also an indoor ball pit. The only downside is that there aren't many food options nearby, but the hotel's restaurants are quite good. It's perfect for families with young children.

This is an amazing family-friendly hotel! The outdoor garden pool easily rivals those in Sanya, truly the best in the province. Our butler was incredibly attentive, always resolving issues for guests promptly. Knowing we had kids, they even upgraded our room, which was a huge relief for the children who had been disappointed at another hotel. It really saved our May Day trip with the little ones.

Even though it was a busy May Day holiday, the hotel's surroundings were beautiful, with mountains, trees, and a lake, and it was only a few minutes' walk from the beach. The facilities were quite comprehensive. I especially want to commend the hotel staff for their incredible warmth and excellent service. From the greeters at the entrance and the shuttle bus drivers to the front office manager, everyone was very dedicated. You could really feel their genuine service. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was superb, and the Chinese restaurant also served delicious food. The only minor flaw was the front desk staff, who were quite cold and unhelpful, but the enthusiastic service from everyone else completely overshadowed this minor issue.

The best thing was that I was able to cancel one night without any issues. There are many outdoor pools, which are great fun, but unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't use them. The rooms don't have screens, which is impractical; you either suffocate or get bitten by mosquitoes. Hope this can be improved. There's no private beach, just a dedicated path to walk to the public beach. The indoor pool was quite bad, very dirty.
