JI Hotel (Xiamen Airport Huli Avenue)

Our stay at [Hotel Name] was absolutely perfect! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to [subway station/attraction/commercial area], making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with a stable hot water supply. The service was warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was quick, and our requests were promptly handled. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The front desk service was terrible. The staff were curt and treated everyone differently based on who they served. I won't stay at their place again next time my friends come over. They even pretended not to see me when I was right in front of the front desk. And there were only three people at the front desk! I don't recommend this kind of service. Standing at the front desk for ages just to check in left my feet aching.

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible! I was woken up by my neighbor's snoring this morning, and then by their moaning and groaning this afternoon. The soundproofing is just so incredibly bad!

The hygiene is really not good. There are a lot of hairs. There are a lot of crumbs on the bed sheets. I don't know what they are. The curtains don't block light.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose it mainly for two reasons: it's close to Sam's Club and the parking lot is large and convenient. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom this time was truly appalling. In picture one, the showerhead had several dirty spots; in picture two, hair hadn't been cleaned up properly; in picture three, the area behind the sink wasn't sealed with silicone sealant, so water inevitably flowed there, creating a hard-to-clean corner. We spent half an hour cleaning it ourselves, removing a lot of grime and even small insect carcasses. In picture four, the shower enclosure's sealing strip was damaged and needs replacing; in picture five, the newly changed sheets were torn. And most importantly, given its proximity to the airport, the windows should be replaced with double-glazed windows, as it's quite noisy at night. I hope the staff can improve their service. For example, during check-in, they could inform guests that rooms on the sixth floor with odd-numbered rooms are very close to the air conditioner outdoor units, resulting in significant noise. This would prevent guests from discovering this upon arrival and having to change rooms. I also hope the hotel can be renovated to improve its competitiveness, as it is indeed somewhat old. There's only one elevator, and when it's crowded, you have to wait for two trips to go up. Additionally, it would be better to arrange separate rooms for guests with children. During our stay, the children in the next room were very noisy, and the parents didn't seem to care, letting the two children run around the hallway loudly, greatly disturbing other guests' rest. These are the issues I noticed during my stay. However, the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, especially the front desk staff.

Very noisy, there is a road under construction and a KTV next to it, the windows are very thin and not soundproof. The hotel also knows how noisy it is and gives away earplugs directly. The hygiene is not very good and the room is not big. The worst hotel I've stayed in.
