Terrible service. I tried three power banks in the lobby, and all of them were broken. The front desk staff were just laughing and chatting loudly, and no one offered to help. When I asked if any of the power banks worked, they just pointed and said, "There are some over there." My takeout food was left in the lobby for 20 minutes. When I called, they claimed the landline wasn't plugged in correctly on our end and that no one answered. In reality, no one called, and the line was plugged in fine. The food arrived completely melted, and they just kept making excuses without any apology. The clothes from the washing machine also smelled bad. And at noon, while I was trying to sleep, the housekeeping staff were shouting down the hallway as if they were afraid guests wouldn't hear them.

Excellent customer service from the front desk ladies to the door man. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I totally enjoyed my stay here. Room is very comfortable with the necessary amenities. Location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommended !

The hotel is halfway up the mountain, and vehicles may need to let other vehicles go first. I arrived at the hotel lobby around 1:30 pm and was told that the room was not ready. The gentleman at the front desk helped to upgrade the room. The room was clean and bright, with powerful air conditioning. The surrounding Cat Street, Nanputuo Temple, Xiamen University, Shapowei, and the Twin Towers are all within walking distance.

Facilities: The overall facilities are very stylish, full of European style, and there are heartwarming copywriting  Hygiene: The overall hygiene is also relatively clean  Environment: The sound insulation of the room is very good, and you can sleep until dawn 

The hotel is large in scale, with newer facilities. The elevator has access control and is quiet at night. There are 32 private parking spaces in total. It is close to Xiamen University Siming Campus, Nanputuo Temple, Shapowei, Yanwu Bridge Observation Deck, Hulishan Fort, Baicheng Beach, and it is convenient to take the bus to other places. It should be noted that you need to make an appointment three days in advance to visit Xiamen University Siming Campus. In addition, the road leading to the hotel is narrow and steep, so you need to pay attention to safety when traveling.

I went out with friends for two days during the holidays. It was a smart decision to choose this hotel. The location is halfway up the hill and the environment is very good. Now the season, the two big mango trees at the door are in bloom, but the weather has been bad these two days and the flowers have fallen. Free parking lot, the first choice for friends who drive, the old city residential building is very quiet, not facing the street, the nearby attractions are very close, just a few minutes walk to Nanputuo, Shapowei, Maojie, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, there are small robots to deliver food, it is quite smart, the hotel in this location is still very cost-effective, the facilities are very complete, there are laundry rooms and gyms, I stayed for one day and was very satisfied overall, if I come to Xiamen next time, I will stay here again, the sea in Xiamen is very beautiful!!!

A cute hotel. Cat Street, Nanputuo Temple, and Xiamen University are all within walking distance. I arrived early because it was a rainy day and wanted to leave my luggage there first, but they prepared a room for me even though I checked in at 2:00. The man at the reception was very kind. There is a travel agency counter on the first floor of the hotel, and there are several types of day trip tours. I chose the simplest one, the Gulangyu tour, which included a round-trip boat ticket, a bus to the dock, and a guide to the center of the island. There were additional fees for going inside the buildings and the wax museum. However, there are many valuable buildings scattered all over the island, so it was best to stroll through the charming narrow alleys.

First of all, the hardware facilities of this hotel are indeed not as good as those of Xi'an in other cities. The sound insulation is very poor, the facilities are old, the hardware of the shower and sink are all peeling paint, and the room is also very small, but the front desk staff is still quite enthusiastic and professional. Secondly, the staff of the housekeeping department is quite careless. The work card fell directly on the quilt core and pierced out of the quilt cover. I brought my child and the elderly to check in that day. Fortunately, the child was not injured. I am still scared.

The room is very spacious and clean. The customer service helped upgrade the family room. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is very quiet and comfortable. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will visit again next time.
