優點：硬件是諾富特的標準，很新。前台員工很熱情，有什麼問題馬上解決，去坐接駁車的時候還送我們去上車點，提醒注意事項，很友善！
缺點：軟件也就是員工培訓有待加強：
1:辦理入住的時候，不要幾個員工同時和顧客説話，應該是一對一服務，當有問題的時候，第二名同事才會加入
2:入住後，房間熱沒有空調，電話詢問等了很久，也沒有人來，還是要自己再跑到大堂反映
3:辦理入住時候説我們的房型可以在大堂酒吧免費喝啤酒和軟飲，後來去大堂喝完後，竟然讓我們付啤酒的錢，説啤酒衹包括青島，我就奇怪了，入住的時候告訴我啤酒和軟飲，到酒吧後前台的人陪伴我們過去，説我們的房型有這個優惠，酒吧人員也就隨意我們選，我們選了兩瓶科羅納啤酒，一個可樂，結果要走的時候要我們付科羅納的錢，我就説你們這不就是欺騙嗎，我們不在乎這幾十塊的錢，但是這種欺詐的行為讓人不能接受，告訴我們能喝，前台和酒吧都不告訴你還有限制，最後讓你付賬單，雖然最後向我們道歉免單了，但是還是希望酒店加強員工管理。畢竟這個景區現在都是5A了。

酒店就在景區內，景色宜人，房間很乾凈，前台服務人員很熱情陪同送到房間並介紹了雲丘山旅遊線路。晚餐也在酒店吃了，口味不錯👍推薦來雲丘山旅遊的朋友們首選該酒店。
