相比去年來講 今年的服務可以説巨差
1.首先聯繫不到管家，別説我半夜聯繫的，早上十點 晚上九點前我都打不通管家電話。
2.管家表情冷淡，像我欠她似的，提出加微信方便一點，被拒絕
3.牙刷是木柄的，雖然很有特色，但未必也太難用了。誰用誰知道
4.晚上七點多在民宿內找不到吃飯的地方，不能説因為客人少就全部閉餐吧，民宿內找了一圈，最後在八寶食府總算吃上了。
5.不人性化，家裡小童不舒服，想要延遲1-2個小時退房，被拒絕並且沒有給我任何方案，聯繫景區醫生，説他在吃飯，現在不要來。
6.雲丘山後山指引牌太少
全程衹有接駁車的司機師傅服務很好！
景區很不錯，也許還會再來，但不會再訂康家坪了！

如願住進了童話世界和風日麗，不衹是房間裏，整個景區都乾乾淨淨，看不見一點垃圾，賞心悦目。最讓人難忘的是服務質量，體驗感極佳。各種小吃還有早餐、養生火鍋湯以後的日子裏會念念不忘。
