I stayed here for several nights instead of one night and I had a lot of luggage. **They arranged me in a room in the next building without an elevator. Seeing that I had so much luggage, they didn’t even arrange a room with an elevator for me! Not only did they not have an elevator, they didn’t even ask if they wanted help with the luggage! It was really bad and really affected the experience! It wasn’t until the last night that I took the initiative to change the room. What did they do in the past few days when there was a vacant room? It’s amazing!

This is a hotel near Haiying City and Xiangshan Film and Television City. The overall feeling is average~ If you want to visit Haiying City and Film and Television City, and don’t have high requirements for accommodation, it is still recommended~ Pros: Haiying City and Film and Television City are within walking distance, and the hotel can also buy packages including Haiying City and Film and Television City tickets~ Cons: Several sockets are out of power, the phone is still broken, and the phone was given to the front desk and used by my own mobile phone But I gave feedback the next day, and the apology was still very attitude. Anyway, there was no dinner. I was very rude and said that you should go to Ctrip~ Fortunately, Ctrip is reliable and solved the problem properly. After that, when I passed by the front desk in and out of the hotel, the girls kept looking sad, and didn't mention to say hello. It rained at breakfast time on the third day. The front desk staff enthusiastically told other guests that they could go to the restaurant for dinner through the second floor passage. I watched my parents go to the restaurant in the rain. The meal issue has been resolved. Although I paid for it myself, it is within my acceptable range. I don't want to write this review unnecessarily, but the fact that they looked so sad and watched my parents get wet in the rain is really too much!
