無論前台還是保潔，服務熱情，酒店免費夜宵，冰淇淋，入住歡迎水果，電梯對面擺有礦泉水可取用，酒店附近的美聯超市裡也有吃飯的地方。

酒店外觀大氣上檔次，酒店正前方就是河堤，河堤很漂亮，晚上10點還有夜宵，就是時間有點晚沒有去試過。

總體還是非常棒的，服務很貼心，設施稍有些舊了，瑕不掩瑜，夜宵和早餐裏的牛肉麪非常好吃，喜歡襄陽這個城市，有空還要再來！
