酒店房間很好，熊貓主題很有特色，環境很有特色，我們家小朋友巨喜歡，房間衞生也乾淨，服務人員也很有耐心，貝貝給我們講了很多園區的東西，房間設施齊全，小余也很熱心，主動幫我們寄存行李

前台的小余服務很好，我們定了兩個房間，辦理入住時很貼心的幫我們把兩個房間安排在一起，酒店裡麪環境很好，設施設備齊全，衞生也很乾凈，很不錯的一次入住體驗。
打掃的秦素平阿姨也很貼心，看到我們帶孩子就把房間的香皂換成了小鴨子的，孩子也很喜歡。襄陽古城之旅很滿意👍

房間很大，買的奇幻谷套票服務，入住當天及第二天無限次入園，所以能夠將奇幻谷項目玩的很全有聽説早餐也很好吃，但是這次沒有定，也有洗衣自助服務，但是沒有洗衣液，需要自帶，套票超級划算，就在奇幻谷對面，必須點贊

環境很好，古風古色，家裡小朋友很喜歡，工作人員的服務態度很好，多要了一床被子，馬上就送到房間裏了。酒店就在奇幻谷的正對面 非常方便。
