酒店大廳的大魚缸小朋友超級喜歡，整體環境乾淨整潔；工作人員熱情貼心，臨時的一些需求張林燕工作人員都及時幫忙解決，賓至如歸的感覺很好；早餐豐富，1歲+的寶寶也能吃的很好；可以在酒店吃中晚餐也可以點外賣送到門口，前往奇趣童年園區的接送巴士直接從酒店門口到園區門口，很方便；大朋友和小朋友都在這裏度過了愉快的時光。

房間很乾凈，環境好，有陽台，特別表揚侯瑜，張嬌兩位工作人員，主動與網站溝通，協調事宜，主動詢問需求並解決。順便提一下小小的建議，酒店應設立一兩個蹲便公共衞生間，對於從小都不願意使用馬桶的小朋友確實有點麻煩。

酒店很有特點，水柱魚池，可以觀賞魚類，還有海龜鯊魚，自助餐味道不錯，中西餐都有，品種齊全，各個年齡層都照顧到。服務員張林燕、周丹熱情周到，打掃衞生乾淨細緻！

The room is of a suitable size and clean. The breakfast variety is not very rich. The area around the hotel is very desolate and there is nothing to eat. KFC is even closed. You can only eat in the hotel!
Fantasy Resort Shuttle Bus: I haven't enjoyed it. It takes five minutes to walk.
Double Fantasy Valley Ticket (Unlimited Entry): This is OK. You can enter the park unlimitedly during your stay.
