網絡不太好，有時候很流暢，有時候卡的用聊天軟件都費勁！問前廳服務員的時候，反正沒回答我！房間有個小茶几，沒有椅子！不過沒有適合單人出差辦公的地方，衹能在床上辦公，有點難受！其他還好吧

如果不是陪同長輩出行，我們可能當場就拜拜了。
房間門關不上，總嗶嗶嗶響，下樓去前台前台説沒有房了，找人來看一下。
打掃衞生的阿姨上來看過之後説確實有問題，讓酒店給我們換才換。我們就乾等着。
最後換了隔壁房，一模一樣的房型，一整個大無語。
不想接受任何解釋，你們酒店工作人員就是服務有問題，出行這麼多次從來遇到這種情況前台都是積極調整，因你酒店設施不完善或者設備出問題，沒有房的情況都是換同規格或更高規格來調整，説什麼沒房了最後給個一模一樣的房就純和客人玩心眼，我湖北人無所謂，外地人過來旅遊的話真的丟湖北的臉。
敗好感，住過服務最差的一家麗楓。
