地點是市中心，周邊吃飯買水果夜宵都很便利。美中不足是沒有電梯，不過4樓也行，不高不低。房間夠大，空間很足。房東是個90後小哥哥，很熱情。在周邊有個好吃的鴨子店，菜做的很棒。宵夜的生蠔也不錯。
有個吐槽的點。不知道為什麼，我們衹是晚上3房空調開着，8點以後客廳空調打了3小時左右，竟然用了70度的電。。。感覺這個電錶不太正常。在家全天24開空調。也沒超過20度電過。。。白天還出去了一天。。衞生有待提高，廚房和洗手間清理出來更好。積灰太多了。。。不過小哥哥的房子也理解了。整體還行。就覺得電費挺離譜的。。
