經常住，每次來祥雲出差都住這個酒店，一住就幾天，但這次令人很生氣！！！
攜程金鑽會員，上面顯示可以免費升級房型，結果不能升級就算了。
離店當天有點事需要晚一個小時左右退房，預計4點前退房，前台服務員説延遲一個小時需要20元，後面她主管聽説後馬上説可以免費延遲。
結果我退房的時候，前台這個小姑娘非要我付20元才能走。關鍵還有客户在，前一秒還和客户開玩笑説這個酒店還不錯，還可以免費延遲一小時退房。後一秒就被嚴重打臉！！
很無語，住了N多次了啊！！！每次住幾天！！！
以後一定不會在住！！

本來覺得性價比很高的了，但是體驗感無語，定了大床房，到店説沒有，讓升級親子房，又説或者別墅區大床，我問沒了為什麼能定，為什麼要掛着，能定，回答是掛着升級的，沒有一點歉意，這不是誤導客人，親子房怪怪的，快22點了衹能勉強去別墅區大床，説更乾淨，改造的，佈局也怪怪的，安排在了樓梯口，腳步聲都聽得清清楚楚，更別説別的説話聲，還有馬桶噴水到處濺
