房間環境是真的不錯，小洪服務非常熱情。但是吃飯是真的不方便，我們帶着孩子先退了房再去玩，後來玩完了回來酒店大廳坐一下，想着點個飯給孩子吃，結果告知餐廳在景區裏面，要免費送餐非得在房間裏面，退了房就不送飯，感覺這點很不人性化。

過年期間，帶着家人一起去的，沔陽小鎮的風景很好，孩子玩的設施也挺多，晚上還有篝火晚會和煙花節目，小鎮上節目也很多，酒店地理位置，環境，服務，設施都很不錯。好停車！
