Mercure Xi'an International Airport T3

There's a construction site near the hotel, and the clanging of rebar starts early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely avoid this place. The airport pick-up service took a very long time. They wait for a large group of people in a big bus, which is very inefficient. If you have a late-night flight, I recommend taking a taxi yourself and don't rely on the hotel's service.

The breakfast selection isn't huge, but everything is exquisite. The rooms are a bit small, but perfect for business trips. It's definitely better than your typical JI Hotel or Orange Hotel. There aren't many dining options nearby, but the hotel does offer a late-night snack service.

I stayed at the Mercure Xi'an Muslim Quarter a few years ago and had a good experience. This time, I arrived very late at Xi'an Xianyang Airport, so I booked this Mercure hotel nearby. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which made getting to the hotel very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in, the room was very clean, and the facilities were great. Good value for money.

The airport shuttle service was very prompt and available no matter what time you arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. It's an excellent choice if you're looking to stay near the airport.

My stay was exceptionally good, and I have to give a special shout-out to Mao Mao at the front desk. When I checked in, she was incredibly warm and patient, and her communication was friendly and thoughtful. She meticulously answered all my questions and was very efficient. When I encountered a problem, she immediately helped coordinate and resolve it, responding promptly, which was truly heartwarming.

Traveling with my kids, we had a layover at Xianyang Airport and stayed at this hotel. We took a stroll around Xianyang Old Street and indulged in a lot of carbs! The hotel's breakfast was good, and the service was excellent; everyone was warm and polite. They offer a shuttle service to the airport, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Terminal 5, which was incredibly convenient.

The room was decent, new, and quiet. The door wasn't directly facing the bed, which was nice. They also offer 24-hour airport shuttle service to Terminals 2, 3, and 5, and the breakfast had a good variety.
