The service truly stands out; we arrived late at night with a lot of luggage, and I'm incredibly grateful to the entire front desk team for their warm and meticulous care. They provided an exceptional experience.
A friendly reminder: The hotel is actually a bit of a distance from Terminal 3. It's best to contact them in advance, and they will arrange the best shuttle service for guests. If I have a layover in Xi'an again, I will definitely stay here.

I really like Hotel Mercure chain. it’s super close to the airport and even offers a free airport pick-up, which was very convenient ✈️ The area is quiet with not much shopping nearby, but I booked the suite room and it was fantastic ,clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight!
