This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I've stayed here three times already. The second time, I accidentally left my ring behind and thought it was gone for good. But then, in April, the hotel proactively contacted me and sent my ring back to me. 🥺🤲 I can't express how grateful I am!

I reached midnight around 1.30am at the airport at T5, called the counter for the shuttle, arrived around 20+ minutes as T5 is rather far from the hotel. Checked in was smooth. It’s just a simple room for a night. Nothing much to complain.

Everything is perfect. 小姐姐s from reception are super helpful. They settled my questions immediately. The free pick up & drop off service are provided. No brainer just come and stay here

Nice service, free pick up service and pretty fast, the only problem is that there's no English speaker staff as for a hotel nearby the airport besides that everything are good.

The hotel is very nice. However, staff doesn't speak any English. Therefore it was difficult to get the free airport shuttle service. I found a transfer help desk at the airport (who also don't speak English, haha) located next to exit 314 who called the hotel and informed me that I should wait for the shuttle at exit 323 and told me registration plate number of the car. The bus was there in 15 minutes or so and nicely transferred me too the hotel.
Staff at reception is very friendly and willing to help with the help of translation app.
The rooms are clean and quite, I didn't hear any planes.
The breakfast is quite basic, but still very nice.
