位置絕對可以，停車也挺方便，民宿開的比較久所以設施衹能説中規中矩，結合房價來説性價比可以的。如果想要外觀好看，設施新的，房價至少翻兩倍起步。

霞浦夏天最近很火爆，海景房價格比較高，民宿是新近開業的，乾淨衞生，樓頂天台可以觀景，有洗衣機可以免費使用，樓下有停車的地方，老闆熱情，服務態度很好。

位於東壁村的山頂，加油站旁，房間設備比較平實，但從窗户看下去海邊的風光一流，老闆服務殷切，房間乾淨衞生，價格合理，值得推薦。
