真是很少給人差評，這次確實很生氣，預訂了七百多一間的禪房，因為工作完成的比較晚，到九點以後被告知我定的房型熱水壞了，然後自己給我換了一間價位同等的其他房間，裝修風格各種都和我想的非常不一樣，已經是夜裡十一點半，我真的是一肚子氣睡了一晚。當時我給前台打電話表示對房間不滿意的時候前台説領導們已經休息了，第二天早上回來給我處理，一直到我離店，沒有任何人給我説過一聲抱歉。
我衹要不滿意的有以下幾點：1.酒店接到訂單，應該及時告知客户房間需要被更換，由客人自己決定是否需要換一家酒店（酒店離市區是比較遠的）；2.事情發生以後就算當晚確實很晚了第二天也應該重視，應該及時聯繫客户表達自己工作失職的歉意。作為對客户最起碼的尊重應該要有吧。
正好又出差在動車上，想起來這件事多寫了幾句，表達我自己的不滿意。

很滿意呢，尤其是房間大小和陽台。淡季去的，很不錯。是個酒店度假區感覺，就在海邊很不錯。
