衞生差得要死，枕頭和毛巾還有血點，我訂房間後去實地看房，覺得衞生不行不想住了，想要退房，前後十多分鐘的時間，結果酒店前台和老闆相互推卸責任，不給我退房，特別是老闆，態度惡劣不説，還罵人，666，前後話不一，第一次打通電話説退房，就同意退了，後來一直不退，平台客服聯繫也不上他，我打電話故意掛斷，前台打通了還説我們怎麼不提前來看了房再訂？？搞笑，誰去一個陌生的地方會先去看了酒店再訂啊，更何況國慶假期，人這麼多，一直不給退房，我們説打電話報警，老闆説，那你報警，誰怕你？呵呵🤭爺笑了，不過後來還好攜程的客服盡心盡力，為人民辦實事，為我解決了這個事，希望大家擦亮雙眼，不要在這蠻荒之地訂這種***開的酒店。
