真心的連一星都不想給.衹是必須要選擇。沒有看開業時間哈，估計是老酒店，其實酒店新舊都沒關係，至少設備這些要能用吧，西昌這天氣，晚上真的需要開空調的，結果開半天沒反應，看天花上有紅的還以為是攝像頭，嚇一跳，站床頭櫃上墊着腳看結果是空調故障，想着打電話給前台讓過來處理，結果到好電話也是壞的，真的超級無語，本來住得晚，就難得弄了將就睡，一晚上不敢蓋被子，早上起來感冒了，哎。最氣的是早上退房去前台好心提醒説那個房間空調有問題，前台馬上説他們空調沒問題，難不成我還冤枉酒店了不成，好歹道個歉，然後去看看吧。本來都沒那麼生氣的，這服務態度也真的有問題。硬件不行應該軟件彌補一下吧，總結酒店硬件和軟件都不得行。

房間電視信號不穩定，服務員來調試，後來又不穩定，服務員再次調試，服務很熱情。還有免費宵夜，不錯。
