房間太小，衞生將就，預估房間➕衞生間一共就***左右，307房費也太貴了，離大石板村2公里路程，還不如住市區開車到瓊海也不遠！

26號晚上11點半到了酒店，敲門後房裡的人説是他自己的房子，不是酒店，我們在門口等了半個小時，老闆才出來告訴我們這裏沒房，要去其他地方住，到了老闆帶的房間後，條件極差，老闆凶神惡煞的威脅我們不願意住就取消訂單，我們不理解深更半夜因為老闆自己的原因出現一房多訂的情況，還威脅我們讓我們差點露宿街頭，最後與老闆協商，老闆害怕我們打差評，讓我們將就住這個破爛的房間，線下收我們200塊，原訂單喊我們取消，當晚凌晨我們就發起了訂單取消（下面圖片為證）老闆説去哪兒平台聯繫他時，他就同意取消訂單，線下我們給老闆100元定金住進了老闆換的破爛房間，心想破點就破點，好歹沒有露宿街頭，本以為這個事也協商好了，破點我們都接受了，結果因為去哪兒平台第二天上午到我們離店前都沒來及處理訂單取消事宜，我們沒退到錢，慌着趕路就離開了，心想平台遲早會取消訂單的，結果那個**老闆直接變卦了，不同意取消訂單，説我們順利入住的，不退我們錢。錢不錢的無所謂，我一定要把這家****到底，**不了，我就**到消費者協會，這種**嚴重侵害消費者權益，作為普通消費者，損失錢是小，維護我們所有消費者的權益是我們每一個消費者應該盡的義務，最後説一句，我要通過微博，**，朋友圈各種平台廣而告之這個**店侵害我們消費者的事蹟。

老闆態度很好，幫忙拿行李到房間，很熱情，主動説推薦景點和好吃的地方。房間不是很大但乾淨。距離金鱗沙灘入口很近，步行可以到邛海棧道。到沙灘需要座2站公交車。還是方便。

晚上到的比較晚，店主主動給我打電話，怕我們找不到，帶我們找停車位，房間還主動給我們升級，房間配有涼被，100多對得起這個服務，超值。
