優點明顯：背靠瀘山，面朝大海，五樓屋頂平台可它山見水，吃飯方便，套房房間大，成色新，用品新，免費停車。
缺點更明顯：完全是一棟餐飲樓裏穿插有幾個房間可住，整個環境除了房間內都不象是客棧，亂糟糟油膩膩的，也沒人搭理你，房門反鎖不了，熱水也要等很久，床單沒換。

我們花了360多在攜程上面定的大床房都定好了，入住的時候説房間被別人住了，也就是又定給另外的人了，然後給我們另外找了一個西昌西雅圖客棧，裏面環境相當差，設施不齊全，停車都要停很遠，而且離邛海還很遠！真的是不負責任，以後再也不在攜程網上訂了，花高價定房間還被坑了
