第一我人品擔保真實評價，停車和住宿不是一棟樓，但是不遠，如果下雨就會淋雨，進門中式四合院，進房間，蜘蛛網，和地面，床單，都感覺不乾淨，洗澡的蓮蓬頭銹跡斑斑，都壞了，個人建議，外出旅遊帶孩子的情況下一定住大型連鎖五星或者四星，這種私營住宿價格高，還住的感覺左右不自在

客棧裝修舊了，毛巾，床單舊，床墊極軟睡起非常不舒服，2號院的房間窗户衹有一尺寬能打開，紗窗不是防盜的，房間有股怪味，衞生間極小，房間不隔音，隔壁打呼都聽得到，入住晚的客人真是吵死了，後悔訂了幾晚上，早餐簡單，南紅市場就在背後

父母帶孩子出去玩，雖未親至，但反饋的訊息説很不錯。。他家的房間還是很不錯的，第一天是大床房，第二天臨時沒定上，換了豪華標間。

前台很熱情，客棧環境也特別舒服，分成了不同的幾個小庭院，進門是一個很大的庭院，有秋千和各種休息的椅子，特別適合一家人或者幾個人旅行！遺憾是當時忘記拍照了。環境真的很好！唯一缺陷是位置感覺不是特別好找，大的路牌指着一個停車場，旁邊的小指引牌不是很明顯。

樓下房間顯得擁擠了些，樓上最好配一個可以掛衣服的，廁所也約顯小了點，洗澡水很大舒服。休閑區的凳子顯得陳舊了些，總來來説不錯，離邛海近，打車走路公交都方便。
