衞生間洗手盆和馬桶都漏水，洗漱用品配備不全，個別用品質量差還要付費。有史以來住過最差的酒店。

衞生間裏的浴巾居然有破洞的，你敢信？床頭底下也臟，關鍵是隔音太差了，什麼房型都一樣，隔壁打個電話都能聽，偶爾還有素質差的住進來，一個大床房幾個人住，吵得沒完沒了……唯一好的一點就是前台服務還可以

門外臟亂，安全鎖是壞的，馬桶水箱蓋掉在地上，浴室水龍頭全是陳年水垢，床單有洞，網線面板裸露。除了服務態度不錯，硬件設施方面整體感覺非常不好，與宣傳圖片效果相距甚遠。
