老樓硬件設備差！！3樓第一間，入室空氣不好（惡臭）電視無法正常收看；同服務員反映後換三樓另一房間：衞生間：排風扇虛設，水温體感涼（早上）地面存水。該店硬件設施需完善！5分

這酒店的條件簡直是服了，還那麼貴，一到春節翻倍漲，平時幾十的房間現在幾百塊，幾百塊就算了，還是樓梯，房子還沒修建好，樓梯沒燈，房間沒熱水，什麼都沒有，太差了，西昌本來是個很嚮往的地方，現在給我的感覺就是來一次不想來第二次，各種坑！

踩👎坑，本來想着是酒店，看圖片也算可以，但是當進去房間，一晚上沒有睡着，空調不制熱，被子特別薄，沒有熱水，給人的感覺真的太臟太臟，我是一個愛乾淨的人，不是特殊情況不會選這裏，鎮上也沒有其他地方選擇，房間大小或者設備陳舊都可以理解，但是臟亂差我是真的接受不了，大冬天的躺一晚上身上都是冷的，果斷弄感冒，早上臉都沒法洗，從來沒有住過這樣的店，到今天都有陰影，建議老闆杯子可以換成一次性紙杯，毛巾換成一次性面巾
