*Facilities: Facilities are OK, but the air conditioner is really broken. The hotel is using the central air conditioner of the fresh air system. I asked the hotel front desk. The hotel said that there is no cooling. The room is very hot. There is no way to stay. We booked a total of three rooms. After the air conditioner is turned on, the temperature is about 33 degrees left. Right hot to vomit blood, but after we went to the 3rd floor to eat, we found that the air conditioner on the 3rd floor was good. The average temperature was 22. So I feel that the hotel does not open the cooling to save money. Contact the front desk to solve the problem. The maintenance worker came up to solve the problem. Contact the front desk to ask for a room change. The front desk said that there is no way to change it. We bought a fan ourselves and spent the night. The window was pushed outward and the wind couldn't blow in at all.
Finally, I want to say that I can’t sleep at all in summer. The room is hotter than the outdoor. I hope the hotel will solve this problem as soon as possible. If there is cooling because of the off-season in order to save money, then don’t open the hotel or inform the guests in advance. If it’s broken or not, it will be repaired and upgraded immediately.
