The hotel is very good, the same as the promotional picture. The service is really superb: I originally booked for two nights, but on the first night, my lover's foot was injured and I couldn't walk. I could end the trip early and check my body. After reflecting to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel immediately agreed to refund the room rate for the next day in full. The two young ladies at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find a nearby pharmacy to buy drugs late at night to avoid worsening the injury. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Luoyang. I wish the hotel business is booming and financial resources are abundant

The hotel is very good, very close to the parking lot, and the room conditions are good. The owner and his family are very nice, responsive, and the dishes are not expensive! Longtan Grand Canyon is also very fun! A wonderful experience, recommended!
