The hotel is very good, the same as the promotional picture. The service is really superb: I originally booked for two nights, but on the first night, my lover's foot was injured and I couldn't walk. I could end the trip early and check my body. After reflecting to Ctrip's customer service, the hotel immediately agreed to refund the room rate for the next day in full. The two young ladies at the front desk enthusiastically helped me find a nearby pharmacy to buy drugs late at night to avoid worsening the injury. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Luoyang. I wish the hotel business is booming and financial resources are abundant

雖然酒店有些年頭了，但重新裝修過的硬件還是不錯的。房間裏拖鞋、浴袍之類的質量都可以，洗護用品是小瓶裝的也比較方便衞生，暖氣足得晚上睡覺都出汗。唯一的缺點是淋浴間花灑旋鈕壞了，切換不了頂噴。

到洛邑古鎮途中經過新安縣，選擇了IU酒店，酒店老闆和服務人員都很熱情，樓下後院有停車場也很方便，酒店樓下有好多當地特色小吃，豆腐湯、長安砂鍋刀削麪都很好吃哦，除了房間小一些別的都挺好，乾淨整潔，一次性的擦臉巾、坐便套都很人性化哦。第二天退房時還贈送了便攜早餐，很暖心。
