過年期間入住的，服務特別好，尤其前台服務棒棒噠，早餐也挺好，去新蔡商務出差的話絕對最佳選擇，最厲害的過年不漲價

位置很好找，交通便利，房間整潔衞生，服務態度很好，前台幫忙刷房卡開房門態度都很好，動作麻利，周到。強烈推薦

酒店沒有任何服務，很早服務人員就和前台在走廊裏大聲用對講機交流。中午休息時打服務員不打招呼直接打開房門，更可氣的時退房四個小時了按金沒有給退，打電話過去諮詢説已經退過了第二天依然沒到賬還給説退了。然後説等一下系統過了一分鐘後讓刷新一下才退過來還狡辯説系統有延遲。妥妥的坑
