My wife and I took a year-end holiday during the Dragon Boat Festival. We stayed in Yixing for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival. We came to Xinchang Anlan from June 11 to June 13 and stayed for two nights. Let me briefly talk about the stay experience. [Environment] Let's talk about the environment first. The hotel is well located. It is built by the mountains and rivers in the Nineteen Peaks Scenic Area. The scenery is very good. The hotel has its own cloud ladder, which you can sit on to climb up and look far away. There is also a place to drink afternoon tea on it. The quality of the afternoon tea is average, and it is not recommended to try. After taking the cloud ladder up, there is a small door to walk out to Xiayanbei Village for a stroll. Those who like to stroll can go around the village. Those who are afraid of dogs should not go. There are local dogs wandering around in the village. [Facilities] The overall design, layout and facilities of the hotel are good. The only complaint about the facilities is that the swimming pool was under maintenance. The indoor swimming pool was not open and I did not experience it. [Hygiene] The hotel's housekeeping management is not good. There were peanut skins on the carpet and sofa in the room where I stayed on the first night that had not been cleaned (see the last two photos). It was shocking that this would happen in a hotel of this level. After I gave feedback to the front desk, the response was very quick, and they immediately helped to change the room. But the next day, when they cleaned the room, they didn't clean it carefully. There was dirt visible on the floor, and they obviously didn't mop the floor. They forgot to replenish the mineral water, and only made the bed and replenished the toiletries. There was no turndown service at night. The housekeeping needs to be improved. This is just after the holiday, the occupancy rate is not high. It is hard to imagine what it will be like when there are many people. [Service] When checking in, someone introduced the hotel and gave a small map of the hotel, which was very helpful for understanding the layout and facilities of the hotel. But during the stay, except for the enthusiastic guys driving the battery car and the professional and polite greetings from the manager in a suit, it felt that other staff lacked service enthusiasm and professional service attitude. For example, the girl who ushered in the restaurant even had a bit of a frown on her face, and she was very bitter and resentful. She didn't take the initiative to ask for coffee or tea when she was seated; for example, when checking out, the two front desk staff were busy with their own things, and said that the room card would be given to them without a greeting or greeting. Overall, the hotel's service lacked the feeling of being at home. Our service staff should have the minimum service attitude and service quality when working in the service industry. It is recommended to strengthen management in this area. [Summary] Overall, the hotel's location, hardware and environment are good. It is worth checking in and experiencing. It is very suitable for resting and relaxing in the hotel. However, there is indeed a lot of room for improvement in the hotel's soft services.

We made an appointment for afternoon tea but were not told that we could go to the designated place to enjoy it by ourselves. Every time I asked a question, the reply was not timely enough. The more surprising hotel has a seven-degree photography travel shoot. The photographer will find an angle for you near the lobby. The photos are very good and integrate the atmosphere of the mountains and rivers. Teacher Fan and Teacher Xingfu took good photos and guided very patiently.

再次入住新昌安嵐，體驗感依舊如故，免費給了房間升級，服務很到位，服務員態度也好，特別是管家小馬給予五星好評，下次還會入住。
