交通:華江封路了，高速下來還要繞山路一個小時才能到龍潭江、灕江源大峽谷附近。本着高分來入住這家民宿，卻非常失望而歸，差點讓我連夜回桂林。設施:當天入住三個房間，一個房間大晚上門鎖壞了，還要找師傅來修理。衞生:由於民宿老闆是請附近村民來打掃，基本沒有酒店前台之説，所以有時候村民打掃很隨意吧，其中一個房間的廁所和床上用品衞生很差。服務:如果沒有向**，估計這一晚都無法入住。詳情看另一篇點評。總之，建議老闆做生意還是靈活變通一些，多一些人性化，而且園景那邊的房間一定要註明清楚距離。這麼美的地方，應該多花一些心思好好打理。

交通:華江封路了，高速下來還要繞山路一個小時才能到龍潭江、灕江源大峽谷附近。本着高分來入住這家民宿，卻非常失望而歸，差點讓我連夜回桂林。設施:當天入住三個房間，一個房間大晚上門鎖壞了，還要找師傅來修理。衞生:由於民宿老闆是請附近村民來打掃，基本沒有酒店前台之説，所以有時候村民打掃很隨意吧，其中一個房間的廁所和床上用品衞生很差。服務:如果沒有向**，估計這一晚都無法入住。由於預訂的時候，酒店描述不夠清楚，所謂園景貴賓房是跟玻璃房小木屋相距很遠，還要開車前往的。當天白天到達的時候就像老闆提出修改房間，申請按照280入住小木屋，平台上明明看着放着還有房間，老闆就是不給入住，説是有客人預留的。有客人預留，為什麼不從平台上下架這個房間呢？還要給別的遊客誤導？？？一直到晚上，一直還有這個房間擺在平台上就是不給入住。直到晚上十點，我們還沒有得入住，又看到老闆反而把另外一間玻璃房和小木屋又繼續放在平台上掛網了，再再三電話追問老闆，想申請退款重新去找地方入住，都是回覆是有客人預留的，要我一直再等等等，不給退。結果親戚拿另一個電話打電話給他，立馬説玻璃房可以馬上入住，這不是欺人太甚嗎？經過問當地人才知道今天老闆原本的客人被對面新開的民宿搶走了生意很不爽，所以也不願意給換房間入住。最後等到十一點，帶着長者和小孩，在門口就這麼等，實在忍無可忍打電話**了才給入住。做生意本應和氣生財，靈活變通，結果原本一個美好的入住變成投訴收場。以後不會再來了。

我們端午節去的不幸的是天氣一直在下雨。但是老闆人很好，很照顧我們。因為人不多房間的位置是讓我們自己挑選的，整體還是不錯的。如果晚上有燈光更有氛圍更好看，不知道是不是入住人數少沒有開還是沒有燈光。忘記拍多幾張照片了，要求不是很高的話還是不錯的。

房間有點陳舊，房間大，蚊蟲多，靠山一邊很陰冷，有點潮濕，但附近有小河，水很清沏，乾淨，適合旅遊度假休閑。

服務員衹有一個人，整個大賓館，等打掃衞生足足等了大半天（下午2點入住登記，晚上10點才交房）出來玩這麼多年，頭一次碰到這種服務員衹有一個人的賓館

山上空氣很好，下次還會選擇這家度假山莊。老闆非常熱情，知道我們是重慶來的，還誇我們是深度旅遊。住的旁邊有一個竹林，穿過去一點點就可以玩水，感覺超級小眾，水真的乾淨涼快。感覺都是本地人來得比較多，都想在這裏安家了。整個入住過程愉快且放心，食堂的菜也是當地特色實惠且好吃，特別喜歡吃炒的筍子很嫩。離貓兒山售票處也很近，適合玩水+爬山一起都能擁有！

酒店旁邊有一片竹林，穿過竹林的林間小道小道，就到了碧綠色的小潭子，裏面的水很清澈離玩水點很近，風景很漂亮
