十分差勁的住宿經歷。我預訂了輕奢雙床房，當晚快十二點入住，要求給安排一個安靜點的房間，服務員直接給了一個大床房，我到房間才發現貨不對版，但因為太晚了太累就直接休息了。但房間在餐廳必經之路，隔音特別差，早上六點多就有好多大爺大媽吵吵鬧鬧去吃飯，根本沒法睡。我去樓下溝通，新的服務員竟然説給我房間的是昨晚晚班，態度極其不好，拉着臉，讓我去找她，她不管。我預訂的是酒店，而不是跟單個服務員預訂的，簡直離譜。最後溝通下，才給換了一個房間，並要求我必須在下午2點前退房，房間錯誤以及吵鬧隔音導致睡不好是我自己的問題，如果超過2點就立刻加收錢。我反饋要找他們領導，她説領導不上班。 然後跟我説這麼吵是因為我的房間附近是住了一個辦婚禮的團。房間被大爺大媽包圍所以吵。 很不理解為什麼明明有空房，而且顧客要求安靜房間時，還這麼給安排房間。早餐更是差到離譜。新房間一股臭味，洗手間地上一團頭髮，馬桶上也有毛髮。離譜的是被窩裡也有！

親愛的攜程 你自己看看這種酒店定價300➕合理嗎 連168 如家都不如 假期停車都難去景區的全都停酒店門口沒人管 酒店馬桶壞了也沒人搭理 聯繫了好幾次晚上十點多才給換 換的房間窗還關不上風吹打的聲音吵一夜 簡直受罪 馬桶真的不能忍 朱經理一句歉意都沒有也不積極處理 誰住誰坑 另外送的門票要自己説 不説人家不會主動告知你的 而且不是給票是拍你身份證發給景區保安 周邊除了他家森林餐廳沒有任何東西 不開車的話哪都去不了 離市區還要開30分鐘多 誰住誰坑 怪自己懶沒看酒店隨便定了一家 哎 體感極差 廁所對着床也是奇葩

民宿的條件和環境，主打一個靠景點近，早上可以一開門就進去，入住期間衹能贈送一次門票。規定太死板了，不能像其他度假酒店那樣，入住期間可以多次出入。早餐也是農家樂水平。整體不太像酒店，更像民宿。五一期間四百出頭含雙早，送雙人門票。有一説一，水上森林還是挺不錯的。

酒店就在李中水上森林公園邊，環境很好，獨立的樓，停車方便。房間安靜，衞生可以，房間面積大，還送水上森林公園門票，以後還住這邊
