新建沒多久，設施相對比較新，但房間格局很不合理，衞生間沒有遮擋，上廁所洗澡都能被同行人看到，不適合親子，而且浴缸在房間裏……
民宿衹有兩個房間比較好，河景房吧……
民宿位置在一個小村子裏，很不好找，周圍衹有一家飯店，建議在市裡吃過再去。
服務員都是村裡的阿姨，所以請原諒他們不懂酒店哪些，比較淳樸，衹能提供簡單的服務，唯一的優點就是這個村子很安靜

非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗，真配不上五六百一間的價格，我們一家準備去興化看菜花的，因為預報下雨又傳説景區菜花都還沒有開，猶豫了很久但是為了誠信想着當天取消確實不太好，而且反正開車住哪都一樣，休息一下體驗一下田園風景就當度假吧，然後決定入住了，問題就從這個錯誤的決定開始
首先停車場離民宿很遠，帶着行李很不方便，跟着導航開進村子找不到了聯繫老闆説是阿姨出來接，等了好久終於阿姨開小電驢出來了，帶着我們開進了狹窄的小路，停在了離民宿略近的小路邊，小路勉強能過兩輛車，如果有會車對我們開大車車技又一般的人來説真是瑟瑟發抖
其次最大的問題在民宿居然沒有晚餐可以提供，老闆説我們沒有預約所以不能點餐，有餐廳有包房就是沒有飯吃也不提早通知需要預訂，雨下很大好不容易在狹窄的路邊停好車，真心不想出門但是帶着父母總不能讓他們餓肚子，衹能冒着大雨踩着水塘開到十幾公裡外的市裡吃飯
然後還有住宿的問題，想坐陽台看看湖景雨景消磨時間的，結果陽台沒有頂是露台，一把破遮陽傘問阿姨能不能開阿姨不置可否就是不肯開，走廊隔音很差，洗手枱小，浴缸龍頭冷熱水是反的，淋浴水很小，我們晚上吃飯回來外面公共區域已經黑漆漆沒有人了，想加床被子找不到人，還好留了阿姨電話，早飯也沒有通知我們時間，想吃個早飯找人找了半天，反正都是問題。
有可能一場大雨影響了旅行的感受，但是稱不上服務的民宿讓人體驗更差了，大老遠來到這偏僻的小村莊住這樣的店太不值得了

陪同母親去射陽淮海農場，返程中訂了這家民宿，看中了它的寵物友好。到了地方以後，感覺物有所值，民宿自然環境優美、設施設備基本完備，民宿管家服務也比較周到體貼，家人都很滿意。唯一欠缺的是地理位置略偏僻，停車不是很方便。
