9月20日入住的兩晚，一進房間就有一種破舊的感覺，門有很大的縫隙修理過的，廁所也是改的，地漏高，洗澡後存水漫至門外，致使地毯都泡起來了，另外設施陳舊老化，應該更新毛巾等！服務一般，前台服務不耐煩，更不熱情！酒店沒有把更好的一面展現給客人！不過地理位置優越。

不滿意。首先房間設施老舊，床單被套都洗破洞了，衞生也不好。房間非常小。酒店附屬餐廳也不行，貴而且不好吃。果斷搬到附近的星程連鎖酒店去了。
