服務員態度挺好的。就是衞生實在不達標，第一個房間被子是臟的。聯繫了換了一個房間 ，第二個房間傳單底下有頭髮。四鑽酒店真沒見過衞生那麼差的🥹，攜程客服也説是自營不歸他們管。這不是欺騙顧客誘導消費者預訂嗎

入户體驗非常不好！管理不到位：第一，入住酒店時車場無人管理。穿制服的工作人員是在我們停好且把行李提出來後，才出來撇了一眼，什麼都不管，也不指揮、也不問候、也不幫拿行李。這不是四鑽酒店該有的工作作風呀。第二，房間無熱水。晚上該洗澡發現房間無熱水，用攜程電話聯繫前台，6分鐘後熱水來了，使用期間水一直是忽大忽小、忽冷忽熱。且一直沒有工作人員聯繫我詢問情況。第三，房間內電話形同虛設。用酒店電話聯繫各各部門均為空號，不知道放這個電話何用。第四，酒店早點一般。早點為邊上的一個早點鋪，出入衹是一個防盜門，沒有餐廳標誌和指示牌。總之，酒店管理不到位，服務也不好！！非常糟糕的一次入住，管理不好就會各個地方都糟糕！

下午到達酒店房間內陽光照射後及其悶熱，預訂的時候沒注意看這家酒店是有空調但是不提供給客人使用的，第一次遇到，醉了醉了🥴我已經很累身體不舒服，硬着頭皮點了一杯外賣冰鎮飲料給自己降温。早餐的包子餡兒變質了有客人和餐廳經理説了以後撤下了。這家酒店給人感覺處處壓縮成本，服務人員也不熱情，好像生意不太好的樣子。去了青海湖環線游回到西寧後直接訂了有空調的酒店！
