Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner
Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

We had a really nice stay at Heyi hotel, the service was really good. The rooms were clean and there was Chinese breakfast.
Overall our family liked staying here and would recommend:))

The room was spacious, and everything necessary was there.
My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

The hotel location is closed to 中央大街， but it is quite a walk to metro station.
