We sincerely apologize for your feedback regarding the overall outdated facilities, relatively backward bathroom amenities, and the use of standard sit-down toilets without flushing or automatic flushing functions. Going forward, the hotel will gradually optimize and upgrade bathroom facilities while adhering to industry and brand standards, continuously improving hardware quality and the user experience. Regarding your concerns about the slippery bathtub, the suggestion to install handrails, water splashing during showering, and slippery disposable slippers, we will implement safety upgrades as soon as possible: installing safety handrails in the bathtub area, replacing simple safety signs with dedicated wet and dry slippers, and exploring the possibility of carpeting in changing room B to make your stay safer and more comfortable. Considering the dry climate in Xining and your need for warm water and beverages, we will carefully evaluate the upgrade plan for the guest room drinking water equipment. While meeting standards, we will optimize the drinking water configuration to ensure guests can enjoy warm water at a comfortable temperature at any time, satisfying their daily drinking and brewing needs.
