A simple contemporary design hotel. Clean and bright

I stayed here for one night on the way to Qilian Mountain. The service attitude was very good. The breakfast was delicious. I was in a hurry and left my power bank behind. The hotel waiter found it immediately, so I didn't walk too far. Thank you 🙏

When checking in, the front desk lady will take the initiative to pour a cup of hot water. It happened to be raining when we arrived, and the weather was very cold, so this is really considerate 👍🏻 (I stayed in several hotels, and only Atour was so considerate) It was my first time staying in Atour Hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, the stay experience was very good. The room smelled good as soon as I entered. I really like the design of the room. There are little thoughts everywhere. I really never thought that I could drink tea in a hotel 😂 It feels very warm ~ However, I encountered a small problem when taking a shower. I don’t know why I was halfway through the shower. The water suddenly turned cold, and then there was no hot water, which scared me to death... Fortunately, it returned to normal soon... In addition, Atour's hair dryer is really friendly to girls with long hair, at least in the hotels I stayed in, no one can compare. I have a lot of long hair, and it is really time-consuming and laborious for me to blow my hair. The other two hotels I stayed in before all had small hair dryers with low wind power, and they would overheat halfway through and could not be used. I had to wait for it to cool down before I could continue to use it. So Atour's hair dryer is very comfortable to blow🥹 Atour will definitely be one of my first choices for hotels in the future.

Stayed here again. The high floor has a wide view and the room is big. The only drawback is that the TV remote control cannot change the channel for some reason. I can only watch CCTV 1. The drain in the shower room is blocked and it takes a long time for the water to drain. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible so as not to affect the next people staying.

I was attracted by the location of this store, which is very close to Xinqian Night Market, but I didn't expect it to be even better. The front desk will provide welcome tea, and you can add WeChat to provide breakfast delivery service, which is a bit like the service awareness of a star hotel. Although Atour is just a business chain hotel, it may be very luxurious, but they are all of the same standard, and there are no thunders. I am more interested in Atour's bedding. The sleeping pillow is really comfortable and easy to fall asleep.

This stay is very satisfactory. When checking in, there is tea served at the front desk. Qinggu Qingtian, Qingyang and Qingxi provide thoughtful and enthusiastic service. The room is very clean, the room is soundproofed, and the elevator is fast. The breakfast is varied and delicious, parking is convenient, the invoice is issued quickly, and warm water is given when checking out. I am very satisfied.

The room is large and air-conditioned. Because it is a family room, there are small Mongolian yurts and rabbit dolls (although I am an adult hhh). Toothbrushes and slippers are also for children. There is a Xinqian Night Market nearby where you can buy specialties. Most snacks are halal. Caojiabao Airport drop-off: The drop-off service is booked with the front desk one day in advance to confirm the departure time. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport. Late-night porridge: Rice porridge and millet porridge and some side dishes are provided.

I heard that Atour has good service, so I booked a room to experience it. The overall experience was really good, with a great atmosphere. The late night porridge replenished our energy after shopping.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. When checking in, they took the initiative to introduce the surrounding places to play and eat. When we checked out, they saw that we had luggage and helped to sort it. I especially want to praise Miss Qingmai, who is so kind!

I chose Atour when I first arrived in Xining. It was a good choice. The front desk upgraded me to a suite. I was so happy. The experience on the first day of the trip was super good. I like Atour's little details and thoughtfulness. The shampoo and shower gel are super easy to use, and the tea is also very delicious. The executive suite is so comfortable, I have to give it a thumbs up👍🏻

Overall it's OK. The design of the washbasin and toilet being separated is good, but unfortunately the glass window is light-transmitting, which affects the bed next to the bathroom. There is also a set of cups, which is good, but not cleaned. There are too many people for breakfast, but the restaurant is very small, and the food is not rich enough. The laundry concept is good, but there is no queue at all, and other facilities are nothing. It should be a hotel for simple business people. The lobby is too ordinary, and the staff are all wearing T-shirts, which makes the image look unprofessional.
