Great location, quiet environment, a classic star-rated hotel. Convenient for getting around, with spacious rooms and an expansive view.

The staff were all wonderful and proactively upgraded our room. The room was large, spacious, and had a great view. The design was very thoughtful, with plenty of storage. There was a minor issue with one of the lights in the room, but it was addressed and resolved very promptly. Deliveries were also very quick. We had a very comfortable three-day stay and will definitely return the next time we're in Xining. Thank you all!

The old Jinjiang brand always delivers, with great conditions across the board! We arrived at 10 AM and were able to check in, which was fantastic. A special thanks to the front desk manager for providing breakfast for the little one.

Xiao Zhang at the front desk provided excellent service. The staff were friendly and polite, never perfunctory or indifferent. They responded promptly to my online inquiries in advance and quickly arranged a quiet room upon check-in. They were quick to respond to any requests and demonstrated top-notch professionalism. I felt very comfortable staying here when traveling.

The hotel's disposable toiletries were not easy to tear open; I hope this can be improved. There are many tall buildings nearby, so it's easy to get around. You can take a walk along the Huangshui River in the evening; the environment is quite nice.

The hotel service was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the rooms were cozy and spacious. The hotel's location was excellent, and the receptionist, Xiao Ma, was very friendly. The rooms were great value for money! I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and that's my review of this hotel. There was a minor hiccup during the injection molding process, but the hotel manager, Mr. Wang, handled it quickly and even upgraded my room, which was excellent.

I must commend Zhang at the hotel reception! Even though we arrived late, he greeted us warmly and efficiently during check-in. He proactively helped with our luggage and patiently explained the elevator and breakfast hours. He also answered our questions about directions and parking with a smile throughout. His professional and heartwarming service significantly enhanced our overall stay.

Xiao De at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Satisfied. Will stay here again next time.
