真的是非常滿意！硬件吧，各種設施設備齊全，房間裏有迷你小冰箱，裏面的飲料都是免費的，床墊躺上去也特別舒服。早餐吧，是自助餐的形式，滿足我們的味蕾，口味不錯！玩的吧，酒店裡有銀趣廊、小童駕校、小童樂園、健身房游泳池，而且還參加了企鵝跑活動，其中還可以射箭，非常有趣！旁邊的滑道高爾夫遊樂場，非常好玩，親子氛圍滿滿，這次入住冰雪酒店真的超滿意！HYY

如圖所示，酒店真的絕美，各類配套的設施也很到位，對小朋友很友好，我們定的普通房，免費升級了房型，房間乾淨，給小朋友準備了床圍欄，從窗户上就可以看到下面的羊駝 長頸鹿，孩子一進房間就很開心，離銀基動物王國，摩天輪 冰雪王國 温泉酒店都超近，絕佳位置，超級推薦，帶孩子來銀基首選，最後表白客房部的各位工作人員，因為自己的疏忽把戒指丟了，本來都不抱希望了，結果在各位工作人員的認真負責下，竟然失而復得，這種能負責到底的態度讓我非常感動，以後帶玩還是會選擇銀基冰雪酒店，給你們10星好評，祝你們越來越好

三天兩夜的旅行，體驗很不錯。把動物園深入玩了下，中午回酒店午睡，大朋友和小朋友都非常開心。前台劉藝青女士態度熱情，解答耐心，保姆式服務幫了我們很多，非常感謝。0217

整體環境，服務態度都是很好的，工作人都會主動打招呼，對待小朋友也比較有耐心，還有主動送小朋友小禮品的工作人員（0813），猛獁象餐廳也很值得去，整體氛圍感很不錯，摩天輪真的很贊，傍晚很值得坐，整個遊樂場燈都亮了，很漂亮，整體遊玩體驗還是很不錯的。
