酒店大廳很漂亮，吃飯玩的都便利。距離動物王國也很近。管家Zy服務很好，小孩過生日還給裝扮房間，非常好。強烈推薦

怎麼説呢，感覺 一千一晚的住宿不是太值。本身主打一個親子度假酒店，基本上小孩子能玩的很少很少，但凡一個表面看着還不錯的都要收費（實際並不咋地），那些小孩玩的東西基本去商場花個30塊錢就能通玩，住宿費本身已經很貴了，結果從進酒店門開始就是各種賣很貴的的東西，主打一個坑**不償命，要是小孩哭鬧 你還真就得非買不可，一個普通的氣球就紮了幾個氣球腿20元（你説他是**吧，人家很文明的在告訴你20元一個，休閑娛樂的東西 主打一個廉價，在裏面待一個上午就感覺很沒意思，住宿房間倒是很乾凈，但是就是標標準準的標間 外面二百多酒店都比它大。還有，像這種親子酒店，小孩子肯定不在少數，生病肯定經常有，結果連個專業的小童醫生都沒有（最近的算是正常小童醫院的都要四五十分鐘，附近衹有個村鎮醫院，衹有一個醫生還不專業（大無語）感覺太隨便了。要説服務好，價位比他低服務比他好的一抓一大把。總結：進去住的兩個晚上，酒店給我的感覺就是：哇！又來了一堆送鈔票的，我要使勁撿錢，純純大冤種! 孩子太小不建議去 能玩的不多動物王國適合小孩子的不是太多。不如花30去動物園再找個幾十塊錢的室內遊樂場一玩。以後肯定不會再去了，

房間非常棒！首先對它的肯定，前台接待的小姐姐（白榆）也特別熱情，特別有耐心，因為我們是四家人出行，所以訂了四個房間，有點墨跡，但是小姐姐不厭其煩在給我們所有人解答全部問題，非常棒！酒店的其他工作人員也非常棒，見面都會打招呼。酒店離所有的遊樂設備都非常近，步行，按照成年人的速度，到動物王國2-3分鐘，温泉2-3分鐘，冰雪世界2-3分鐘，水世界與摩天輪6-8分鐘。
總之都很近，當然如果不想走，酒店還有循環的免費小火車，可以乘坐。總之很棒，孩子們説下次還想來玩。這可能就是對它最好的肯定吧。

去銀基一定要去冰雪酒店，體驗感爆棚，裏面熱情的工作人員簡直不要太好，因為我們臨時決定去玩的沒有怎麼做攻略，便打了客服電話當時接電話的小姐姐叫小君，為我解答的非常耐心，隨後加了微信， 加微信後因為我之前有很多問題需要詢問，以至於小君休息的時候也在打擾，但是她非常耐心的給瞭解答，在園區玩忘記退房也是聯繫小君幫忙給解決了，給我感覺這位酒店工作人員很負責，期間身份證在園區丟失，高爾夫司機載着我們尋找，幫助我們在動物王國和摩天輪必經路尋找，最後是在餐廳找回，這次旅遊的體驗感很好呀！
