感覺酒店前台服務比較麻木，提出想要能看到煙花的房間答覆建議直接去園內觀看，然後安排了面朝大門什麼景色都看不到的房間，所謂升房可能還不如普通房的朝向，層高和景色都不是很滿意，隔音也很差。另外套餐內小朋友的娛樂項目也無法更換別的，因為看攻略説有人更換了下午茶結果前台説是固定的無法更換也很令人失望。客房服務按了打掃燈，結果從早上出門到下午回來還是自己找了阿姨才打掃的。還有説酒店顧客提前入園，但散客也會提前放，吃完酒店早餐去動物王國遊玩沒有明顯優勢，時間差不大早餐也很一般。總體十一的體驗略感無聊，機場到酒店出租車148元，詢問後説按駕車導航五十幾公里是正常價格也很無奈。期待值過高失望也很正常。
