Environment: The surrounding environment is generally messy, and the business building is together, the parking lot is also shared, because the occupancy rate is high for the first month, the car is all released. Service: Service attitude is good, but service awareness and ability are relatively weak. At first, I had lunch and went back to climb the mountain. I wanted to go to the front desk to get two bottles of water for free. I was told that the front desk could not buy it in the hotel supermarket. The front desk had them who burned it themselves and could also pick up the cup. For N years of business trips, the first time I encountered a five-star hotel drinking water, I needed to buy it myself. At night, I just entered the bathroom and found that the small bottle of shampoo and shower gel were used almost to the sky. After the last customer used it, the waiter did not check the replacement at all. Calling the front desk to let them try their best to be careful not to have such low-level mistakes, and was told to send them up immediately. I didn't feel that there was anything wrong with management, but I was stingy. Check out in the morning and tell the windows of the two rooms that it is difficult to switch. On the one hand, the structural problem is aging on the other hand. The front desk said that the hotel windows here have been not easy to switch. If you can't switch, you can ask the waiter to help. I didn't realize that the maintenance department should take a look at it. I can't call the waiter every time I open and close the window, and finally I can't open it. 😂

The facilities are perfect, the room is very good, come to climb Lushan to play, but unfortunately it rained and did not go, the store is particularly warm, the overall feeling is very good

Hotel location is OK, the West Bus Terminal, the International Plaza can be reached on foot. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The room facilities are a bit old but the area is large and the experience is quite good. The disadvantage is that under the holiday passenger flow, the restaurant is obviously insufficiently prepared, the food often can't keep up, and the hygiene is not good.

The taste is super good. The homestay is also very close to the scenic spot, about 5 minutes drive from Bajiaozhai, about 20 minutes drive from Tianyi Lane, it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots in Lushan.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is large and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The sanitation is very clean, even the disposable slippers are thicker than the average. The front desk of the hotel is also very warm and highly recommended! ! !

The simple buffet breakfast is not available every day, sometimes we go back to other hotels to have buffet breakfast. The most satisfying thing is that there is self-service laundry and drying, and there is a river for walking and running near the hotel, and there is a supermarket department store downstairs.

I have traveled to Langshan many times before, staying in the best hotel in the area, and I feel average. I heard my friends say that the Sun Valley Ecological Park is not bad. She contacted me one day in advance and kept in touch during the whole stay, telling us about hotel preferential policies, entertainment facilities, and recommending local food and beverages (all are very good local food and beverages, because I am more familiar with them), send Positioning and so on. The hotel’s room facilities and services are very good. We booked one Muyang entertainment double room and three Muyang terrace double rooms. The rooms are large and tidy with comfortable mattresses. What surprises me most is the large terrace. I lie down on the outdoor sofa and count the stars in the evening. I wake up in the morning and feel the fresh air in the valley while doing a stretching yoga session. This will relieve the fatigue of climbing the previous day and devote my energy to the new day. The hotel service was very prompt and thoughtful. The room after a nap was cleaned up again in the afternoon when I came back, and the room was delivered and cleaned up quickly. Speaking of food, the breakfast on the first day was a buffet, and the next day may be that not many guests changed to a set meal. The food was okay and the presentation was exquisite. In short, the experience of this hotel is still very good. It is also very satisfying to have such a leisure hotel in Langshan tourist area. Next time you come to Langshan, you will definitely come to Sun Valley again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
